The deadline for submissions is midnight, January 20, 2023.
There are two formats of submissions: posters and talks. A submission for a talk requires an abstract of no more than 150 words. No abstract is required for a poster submission. Due to space, we may not be able to accommodate your first choice for format of presentation. There is a place on the submission form to indicate your alternate preference for format. Only one submission as first author is allowed. Researchers may be listed as co-author on more than one submission.
- Poster dimensions should be no larger than 40” x 60”.
- Talks should be approximately 15 minutes. A few minutes will be provided for questions at the end of each talk. Talks are given by Ph.D.s or advanced graduate students. Posters are open to all.
